The Peabody Institute Library, Danvers, invites you to stop by for a daylong celebration of books on May 8th.

9:00 AM – Children’s Book Illustrator, Will Harney

Children’s book illustrator, Will Harney, will be leading an interactive art demonstration for children ages five and up.

This activity will be taking place in the story hour pit in the Children’s room.

10:00 AM – Christine Brodien-Jones and Patrick Doud

Christine Brodien-Jones (The Owl Keeper) and Patrick Doud (The Hunt for the Eye of Ogin) will be reading from and discussing their books for kids ages nine and up.

11:00 AM – Mystery Panel

featuring Katherine Hall Page, Peter Abrahams, and Dana Cameron

	Katherine Hall Page is the author of the Faith Fairchild mystery series.
	Peter Abrahams has written mystery thrillers for adults, mysteries for young adults, and writes the Chet and Bernie series under the name Spencer Quinn.
	Dana Cameron is the author of the Emma Fielding archaeological mysteries.

	Due to a family emergency, Paul Park will not be able to take part in the festival.

3:00 PM – Deanna Raybourn

Deanna Raybourn is the Rita award winning author of the Lady Julia Grey mysteries series. Her latest book, The Dead Travel Fast, is a gothic mystery featuring authoress Theodora Lestrange. Ms. Raybourn will be signing books after her presentation.

4:00 PM – Nancy Thayer and Samantha Wilde

Mother and daugther, Nancy Thayer and Samantha Wilde, will discuss their books, the writing craft, and answer questions during their presentation.

Nancy Thayer is the author of The Hot Flash Club, Moon Shell Beach, Act of Love, and the forthcoming Beachcombers. Samantha Wilde is the author of This Little Mommy Stayed Home: A Novel

May 12th – Michael Palmer

The festival will conclude on Wednesday, May 12th at 7:00 p.m. with a visit from New York Times Best-selling author, Michael Palmer.

Seating is on a first come, first served basis for this event.
